A Little About Sugarland
A Historic Wisconsin Estate With a New Purpose
Sugarland began long before it became a wedding venue.
At the heart of the property is a restored 1850s Colonial Revival farmhouse, surrounded by mature trees, gardens, countryside, and buildings that reflect generations of Wisconsin history. Over time, the estate evolved into the gathering place it is today, welcoming weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, family celebrations, retreats, and overnight guests.
What hasn’t changed is the character of the property. Sugarland still feels like a true country estate rather than a venue built to imitate one.
More Than a Wedding Day
A Weekend That Has Time to Breathe
One of the things that makes Sugarland different is the ability to slow the wedding weekend down.
Couples can spend time on the property before the ceremony, rehearse and prepare without rushing, celebrate with family and friends, and stay overnight in the Farmhouse and Cottage. Sugarland’s weekend offerings were created around the idea that the experience shouldn’t feel limited to a few scheduled hours.

Your Celebration Is Actually Yours
Sugarland offers private use of the venue rather than running several weddings side-by-side. Depending on the package selected, couples can have access to the property across the wedding weekend, including time for setup and rehearsal before the celebration itself.
Personal Coordination
An on-site coordinator is included to help couples plan the details and navigate the property from the initial tour through the wedding day.
Time to Settle In
On-site lodging, Friday setup opportunities, rehearsal space, and weekend packages give couples more time to enjoy the property instead of arriving, celebrating, and immediately leaving.

Sugarland retains the authenticity of a Wisconsin country estate while providing practical event amenities such as a licensed commercial kitchen, modern restrooms, parking, and indoor and outdoor event options.
