The Farmhouse

$450 / Night

Settle into the charm of a beautifully restored 1850s Colonial Revival farmhouse filled with character, warmth, and thoughtful details. Original hardwood plank floors, primitive antiques, updated furnishings, and a large stone fireplace give the home an inviting, distinctly Wisconsin feel.

The Farmhouse accommodates up to 10 guests with three spacious bedrooms, including the Garden Room, Americana Room, and Media Room. Sleeping arrangements include four queen beds and two Twin XL beds, plus two full bathrooms with showers, one on each floor.

A fully equipped country kitchen makes longer stays easy, while porches on both sides of the home offer peaceful views across the surrounding countryside.

The Cottage

$250 / Night

Tucked near the old mill site and stream, The Cottage offers a cozy, private place to relax during your time at Sugarland. With a full kitchen, comfortable sleeping spaces, and two porches, it’s a great option for smaller groups who want to stay right on the property.

The Cottage accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second has a double bed and two twin beds. A queen-size Murphy bed downstairs provides additional sleeping space.

The Cottage also includes a full bathroom with shower and two porches for enjoying the quiet countryside.

Extended Stay Savings

Each rental is reserved exclusively for your group.

For stays of 4–8 nights, receive 15% off when booking four consecutive non-weekend nights, with the weekend available at the same discounted rate.

Groups renting both The Farmhouse and The Cottage Monday through Thursday receive a 25% discount, bringing the combined rate to $525 per night.

Lodging Policies

Day Use & Retreats

Please inquire about day-use rates for meetings or retreats, as well as package offers available through area businesses.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

A 2-night minimum stay is required year-round.

Cancellations

Deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, when cancellation notice is provided at least 30 days before the reservation date.

If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, you are responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to rebook any of the affected nights, a full or partial refund may be issued.

Payments & Deposits

We accept cash, personal check, credit card, and PayPal.

For stays of 1–2 nights, a deposit equal to one night’s lodging is required within 7 days of making a reservation.

For stays of 4 or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within 7 days of making a reservation.

Camping & RVs

Camping is permitted as long as the houses are rented.

Camping rate: $20 per person

Restrooms are available, and electric hookups are provided for RVs.
